  • 1 tbsp black salt

how to make panna?

Boil tamarind along with jaggery and a pinch of salt.After it cools down, remove the pulp and strain.To this, add salt, black salt and cumin powder. Keep aside

Put the pulp in a glass jar and refrigerate the concentrate whenever want to drink  fill the half glass with  imli panna and half with water  put ice cubes and garnish it with the mint leaves
